Author Terms

1. How these terms fit

These Author Terms add to the Terms of Service for everyone who publishes plans. If they conflict with the Terms of Service on a question about selling, these Author Terms win.

2. Subscription

Publishing and selling need an active author subscription. Its price, renewal, cancellation and what happens when it ends are described in the Terms of Service and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

3. Selling plans

You decide whether a plan is free or paid. A paid plan has a price in all three currencies (RUB, USD, EUR), each set by you. The buyer sees the price in the currency they chose.

To sell, you connect your own Lava.top account in the payment acceptance section of your cabinet. Buyers pay into your Lava.top account. We do not receive, hold or pay out that money, and we take no commission from it.

Lava.top charges its own fees and applies its own rules to your account, payouts, verification and taxes. Those are an agreement between you and Lava.top; we are not a party to it.

A buyer gets a permanent copy of the plan as it was at the time of purchase. Your later edits, unpublishing or deleting the plan do not change that copy.

4. Your responsibilities as a seller

You are the seller. You are responsible for your plans, their description, prices, accuracy and safety, and for any promises you make to buyers.
You handle refunds, complaints and chargebacks for your sales in your Lava.top account. If you refund a buyer, you can mark the sale as refunded in your balance. The mark only changes your own records; it does not remove the buyer’s copy.
You are responsible for registering as a seller where required, for invoices, and for all taxes and fees on your income.
You must have the rights to everything you sell, including text, photos and recipes, and must not sell content that is illegal or breaks anyone’s rights.
Do not make medical claims you cannot support, such as promising to cure a disease.

5. Reviews and ratings

Readers can rate and review plans. You may reply to a review. You must not pay for, fake or pressure readers into reviews. We may hide reviews that break the rules.

6. Moderation

Anyone can report a plan or profile. We may hide content, switch off selling, or suspend an account that breaks the rules or the law. Where content is removed because it is illegal, copies already sold may be closed as well, as we cannot distribute what is forbidden. We try to state the reason and let you appeal.

7. AI tools

Generation and translation tools can make mistakes. Review everything before publishing. Image generations are limited by your allowance and by packs you buy, and are paid through our payment provider.

8. Ending

You can stop selling or delete your plans and account at any time. Plans already bought stay available to their buyers, except where removal is required by law. Contact: support.planboxes@gmail.com.
