PlanBoxes (the “Service”, “we”) is a website where authors publish meal and workout plans and readers find, save and buy them. The Service is run by an individual, not by a registered company. You can reach us at support.planboxes@gmail.com.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and, if you sell plans, the Author Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.
You need a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
Creating and publishing plans, uploading media, AI generation, PDF export and a public profile require an active author subscription. It is sold for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; the price and the currency (RUB, USD or EUR) are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
Payment is processed by our payment provider, Lava.top. We never see or store your card details.
The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the subscription page: renewal stops at once and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Every account that has never paid can start a free trial once, without a card. The trial ends on its own and does not renew.
When a subscription ends, your plans are shown as temporarily unavailable until you renew. Copies already bought by readers stay in their libraries. Renewing brings everything back.
Image generations are limited to the number included in your plan; more can be bought as packs. Packs are paid and credited through the same payment provider.
A paid plan is sold by its author, not by us. You pay the author through the author’s own Lava.top account; we do not receive or hold that money and we do not take a commission from it. The payment provider may charge its own fees under its own terms.
A purchase is one-time. You get a permanent copy in your library. Later edits, unpublishing or deletion by the author do not change a copy you already bought. The only exception is content that we must remove because it is illegal.
Refunds for plans are handled between you and the author. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Authors keep the rights to what they publish. By publishing, you allow us to store, display, translate, format and share your content in the Service, including in PDF files and search results, for as long as it is published and in copies already sold. This permission is not exclusive: you can use your content anywhere else too.
You promise that you own or have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.
You must not publish illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, send spam, try to break the Service, collect other people’s data, or use it to harm anyone.
Anyone can report a plan or a profile. We may hide or remove content, limit selling, or suspend an account that breaks these Terms or the law. We try to give the reason and a way to appeal when we do.
Plans on the Service are written by independent authors. We do not check their qualifications, and nothing on the Service is medical, dietary or fitness advice from us.
Talk to a doctor or another qualified professional before changing your diet or starting an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an allergy, or an eating disorder. You follow any plan at your own risk. Stop and seek help if something feels wrong.
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and safety of their own plans. Ratings and reviews are the opinions of their writers.
Some tools generate text, images or translations with the help of third-party AI services. The output can be wrong or unsuitable. Authors must check it before publishing and remain responsible for what they publish.
Every registered user has a personal referral link. When a person registers through your link and then pays for an author subscription, you earn a share of the net amount (after the payment provider’s fee) of each of their payments for a limited time. The current share, period, waiting time and minimum withdrawal amount are shown on the referral and balance pages; we may change them for future referrals.
Earnings are shown in USD. They become available after a waiting period, kept in case of refunds and chargebacks. Withdrawals are requested in your account and paid manually by us once the minimum is reached.
Self-referral and abuse are not allowed. We may reject or reverse earnings that come from fraud, refunded or charged-back payments, or breaches of these Terms.
You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost income), for authors’ content, or for the result of following a plan. If you make a claim against us, we will not owe you more than you paid us in the 12 months before it.
If the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, you keep them; these Terms do not take them away.
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Deletion starts after a short waiting period during which you can cancel it. We can suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The current version and its date are always on this page. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the Service. If you keep using the Service after a change, we take it that you agree with it.
